NEED A CAR THAT RUNS

My car died and I mean DIED. the transmission went out and i junked it. I work part time and dont have the money for a vehicle. Are there any Orginizations who could help me get just some type of vehicle? I work and work and get farther and farther behind. Im grateful I can at least pay my rent, (barely) ANYONE? I will lose my job if Im late again. Help?

Hope everyone reading my post is doing well. To start I got divorced in 2007 and since then my life has been a rollercoaster between paying alimony and childsupport.I got remarried in 2009 but my new spouse has lost her job and has been unemployed for the last 1 year and we are at the point where finacially we are strapped and have exhausted all avenues. We both have been looking for work but have been unable to secure even a minimum wage job.

I am not looking for a handout but I need guidance, I am sure a lot of people given the current economy are in the same boat as I am. If you read this please let me know how I can get assistance as we both are willing to work any kind of job and earn the money. Thanks .

There Might Be Help Coming

I wanted to let you all know that I am working in real estate now and have been talking with both lenders and buyers. The leners are looking for big interesting low loan to market value(get it started) projects. While the buyers are looking for commercial propertys, like strip malls, hotels and medical office buildings and industrial areas. So I wanted to ask you if when you see these properties come up and forclosures(trying to save everyone some hastle so as to restart with out the banks hurting people) then please let me know and the large unmbers are just fine as well as over seas. And as many of you have heard of me and other know me from my list, I will be happy to give not only credit but also a fair %. I will need all information you can give location city adress and phone number if possible.

 

Please understand, I have done community service for many years to wind up in the end, losing my home. I have also spent many of those years studying real estate as my Mom was an Agent for Century 21 and I found I had an eye for not only finding homes but helping others get into them through friends.  But in this case one of these buyers wants to get leades that have either not been listed by a Agent or the listing has expired, as well as from banks.  So I have been looking at this opertunity as a way to help others like myself who are not doing so well to make some cash in a matter of weeks it takes to process.

Single mom looking for legit part time work to supplement inadequate income

Im going to be perfectly honest. I am a single mom with two daughters. I work full time (9-5) and am a part time college student. I am looking for some quick extra cash for books and supplies for this semester. Turns out the finances i was going to use for books had to be used for some emergency expenses. Could also use some extra cash for household expenses. I am pretty much willing to do anything at this point. I am willing to do cargiving or cleaning in the evening or night. Or anything else! I feel too proud to borrow money and feel better working for what I need. I am trustworthy, reliable, hardworking & honest. If you have anything that needs to be done please let me know. Thanks.

Here it is, another day, lets make the most of it

My hopes are that you all had a good Easter, or Passover, whichever you believe in. I woke up this morning to the sound of the news, with an interesting story of how much chocolate was bought for the Easter holiday. Blah, blah,blah, on and on it went about how much money people spent. I only thank God that I have 2 teenage children, not small tots who believe in the Easter bunny. If you search my home you will find not one chocolate egg, nor Easter bunny. My kids have gotten used to the fact that things are bad around here, but it breaks my heart. I have a son who is getting ready to graduate. I found a way to pay for his choir trip,but now I am trying to find a way to pay for his cap, gown and announcements, which I owe $93 by the end of this week. The gas is set to be shut off tomorrow, thank God the weather is nice, and I have a convection oven to cook in. We got a rebate from something I purchased a while ago, which gave me $50 to put a deposit on his senior prom tux rental. I have spent my holiday weekend searching for a part time job, only to find that I am "over-experienced"! I know I have alot of background qualifications that most do not, I am fortunate in that sense. But all I want to do is find a part time job to get some extra money into the house, and still work with my husband part time when we have work. It is too expensive to hire someone to do my job with him. I have received a ton of well-wishing emails from this site, wanting me to click on their work from home opportunities. Believe me, I've tried most of them, which are for the most part, affiliate opportunities. Thanks but no thanks, I've got a zillion blogs and websites out there with affiliate postings on them, none of them have brought me a dime and I cannot afford to pay for a montly website fee. All I want is a part time job, being cleaning offices or homes, to working in a store or gas station, etc. I do not ask for handouts, I ask to be working. Glad I got that off my chest. Housing & employment - I am in the process of going back to school, my job made me have have a mental breakdown, and last week I said enough, I want to be more available to my 7 and 9 year old sons, my workload was increasing and my pay wasn't. Now I am trying my best to get to Wake County because of oppurtunities, I don't like asking for help, but you never know if you don't ask. If anyone know anything about affordable housing or some part time work because I need time to study and take care of my motherly duties please let me know because I would like to get a nice place for my sons and I.

Teacher in need of assistance

Wow...I never thought it would come to this. I am truly hoping that finding this site will be a blessing to me and my family. I'm an elementary school teacher in Arizona, single, with two children. Within that sentence you can tell a lot about me and my financial situation. Unfortunately, it seems that instead of life getting better, each year my challenges get...well...more challenging. I am currently seeking part time employment and/or financial assistance until I begin teaching again in late August. I don't want a handout or people to feel sorry for me...I am genuinely looking for a way to pay my bills until my teaching contract is underway again.

I'm sure most who know about the educational system and how teachers are paid would say, "what happened to your summer money?" Good question! I've had some unexpected expenses come my way and I was forced to take out way too many "pay day" loans (please don't EVER get yourself into that trap because that it JUST what it is....a TRAP). Summer came and I had to pay them off..plus had to cover some costs of a back tax bill...blah blah blah. You get the point. Now I am looking at it being almost the end of June, and almost no money and no prospects of employment. Funny how employers don't want you if they know you are going to quit in 2 months!

PLEASE help....advice is welcome as long as it's constructive. Assitance is also welcome as long as I can pay back the source.
